In addition to adding (non-religious) meditation to my life, I’ve also added yoga. It’s one of those things I knew I should do, but once I did it, I quickly fell in love. I describe yoga as mediation for your mind and body. And I just feel so much stronger physically and mentally when I keep yoga as a regular part of my life.
